A very intense blue aquamarine that I have to admit, because of its intensity of color and its unusually tourmaline-like termination (not hexagonal, but beveled and more prismatic in appearance), could be confused as a tourmaline at first glance. This piece is beautiful, and complete all around. 173 grams. From a new find of August 2008.
