Do not let the pretty good availability of Afghan kunzites jade you to the value of a fine California one! This doubly-terminated GEM-CLEAR crystal from the Elizabeth R. Mine (just north of the Pala Chief in San Diego Co) has superb saturated lilac color. It is complete on the front side, with the back being a cleavage face. One of the terminations shows beautiful stepped growth. This fine crystal weighs 32 grams. 7.6 x 2.2 x 1.5cm
