This is an old locality piece from the 1960s, a rare African blue topaz! although contacted on the back, its not cleaved and displays well from the front angles as shown. This attractive Topaz is very rare, and much gemmier and more intensely blue in person. I'd say these are actually the most intense natural blues out there...and very hard to come by today!
