This is easily one of the LARGEST single clusters of cavansite that I have seen. The deep, teal blue color, bright luster, translucence, and the fact it is on matrix, make this a choice specimen. The big ball is wraparound, and just gives you loads of color for the price. Seen up close, it is crystallized, and not just a "ball," I should say. There is some minor edge wear at the bottom periphery, but otherwise its complete all around and really in astonishing shape for the size and exposure of the specimen. I have only ever seen such large cavansite clusters on much bigger (and pricier) matrices.
