Gorgeous spray of blue, bladed Cavansite on crystalline Stilbite. The balance and aesthetics are superb, as you can see from the pics. When do you ever see a cavansite THUMBNAIL so balanced and fine? Although big specimens are abundant, I just cannot recall the last time I was floored by a thumbnail sized example. This is the best kind of thumbnail for a "common species" - when you can judge it a gorgeous, perfect specimen in balance and quality, that happens to be a thumbnail; and not just "a small specimen, " per se.
