A remarkable specimen, I thought when I got it as a larger piece about twice the size. I have long owned this in my personal Calcite Collection, but I have let it out recently to make room. The perfect, complete crystal is 8 x 7 x 6 cm in size and sharply twinned. This is one of the best matrix twins I was ever able to buy, in over 15 years of looking for a good one. It is now trimmed to a well-balanced matrix with the PERFECT twin sittin gnicely in the midst. The twin is GEMMY. It is lustrous and transparent - not just translucent and milky as many are. It is PERFECT and complete all around, 360 degrees! Few crystals of such size and perfection are found! 15.6 x 14.2 x 8.7 cm
