A bit smaller in size than the previous specimen, this lazulite is clearly twinned (see the re-entrant angle). It exhibits a variegated light to dark sky blue color along with fair luster. Wonderful competition-level miniature for this famous mine - and I cannot imagine a better example of this species from a USA locale in this size range for a USA collection! Lazulite is rarely found in good crystals at this famous Georgia mine. Usually, they are 1-2 cm at most, and gray-blue in color.
