A SUPERB and AESTHETIC, hoppered, octahedral gold crystal on a feathery stalk from an unknown mine in Tuolumne County, California. This two-sided beauty is a very rich golden-yellow and has high luster. It is so sharp that it looks CARVED. This exquisite thumbnail has classic, textbook form and is from the Ed Ruggiero Collection, who purchased this super piece from Pala Properties in 1975.
