A very sharp, lustrous 7 x 4 cm prismatic beryl crystal of translucent blue-green color, with minor muscovite on a flat pinacoid termination. Ex Harvard University specimen, unusually fine quality for this locality and in particular for the sheer size of it. NOTE THAT THE TERMINATION IS THERE! OFTEN THEY ARE CONTACT TERMINATIONS BUT THIS IS A REAL ONE, AS EVIDENCED BY THE MINUTE MICA DEPOSITION ATOP! THIS IS A MAJOR PIECE FOR THE LOCALITY! 6.8 x 3.8 x 3.2 cm
