A gorgeous "scepter" (not in the sense of a traditional crystal scepter but in the sense of a royal scepter) of calcite - actually, formed stalactitically, with the elongated central crystal capped by a spiky cluster. There is a thin tube that runs right through the center of the big crystal, marking the center of the stalactite. Stunning, is it not?
