This is an extremely rare GREEN herderite from a small find, or series of small finds, that has been out now for about 7 years. This one, which is as perfect in aesthetics as you could wish for, is the best miniature I can recall seeing, and features a very glassy, translucent, 3-dimensional crystal aof approx. 2 cm perched on a CRYSTALLIZED albite, as if it were surfing the crystal. I LOVE this material, which to me seems unique among herderites for color - no greens this good come from anywhere I have heard of, anyhow. Few were ever recovered on matrix and so this is both an aesthetic and significant miniature, important for many suites.
