Description
You might or might not have seen examples of the pretty and strange tapered aquamarine crystals that came out of a pocket in Dassu around a year ago. This is the ONLY matrix specimen I know of from the pocket. And, more than that, the aesthetics are just incredible; it could not be more wonderfully presented on the muscovite/cleavelandite matrix. It shows the frosty, tapaered tip with a small flat termination characteristic of this amazing find. Rare AND beautiful, and still affordable even though I paid dearly for it. If you thought these crystals were cool, but aren't into standalone specimens, here is your matrix piece! 6 x 2.7 x 1.5 cm
