Cavansite
Unknown Owner
This fine specimen is composed of lustrous, translucent, rich, teal blue clusters of cavansite emplaced on contrasting, white matrix of mordenite or powdery stilbite. The largest cluster of cavansite crystals is 2.0 cm across. Aesthetic and lovely! Looks like they are drip-dropping down the crevasse...In any case, certainly an unusually arranged specimen not like you normally see!
