Vivianite
A superb, spiky spray of lustrous, black vivianite blades with unreal, golden-green iridescence from the Blackbird Mine of Idaho. These are American classics and date to the 1950 or 1960s. One face is probably cleaved, but this remains a very highly representative example of the species and locale. Seldom available in this quality. Ex. Mullane Collection.
