A SUPERB, 3-dimensional specimen of a rind of super-lustrous and bright, bubble-gum pink, botryoidal smithsonite on matrix from Choix, Sinaloa, Mexico. The side views are fascinating as they show the smithsonite layering and how the matrix has been partially etched away! This is very HIGH quality, older and very uncommon material from the 1970s, as it was formerly in the collection of Dr. Gary Hansen.
