Here is a fine old locality specimen of Vivianite from Bolivia. Subscribers to the Mineralogical Record know that an entire issue was dedicated to this unique and historic locality. This piece features a pair of beautiful, relatively sharp, gemmy, emerald-green color, prismatic crystals of Vivianite measuring up to 2.7 cm associated with botryoidal Limonite after Wavellite. This material is rarely seen today and this particular specimen is at least 25 years old.
