Apophyllite-(Kf), Stilbite-Ca, Scolecite
specimen
Apophyllite-(Kf), Stilbite-Ca, Scolecite
Description
A stunning, cabinet-sized radial cluster of highly lustrous, colorless to green, cubically-tipped apophyllite crystals, from a now infamous find of 2001. You simply cannot get them on the market, any more. These have a special place in the midst of other Indian minerals and some people call them "disco balls" for good reason. They sparkle incredibly in person. The "tail" of pearlescent stilbite blades and a ball of scolecite are fine accents.
