These exceptionally gemmy and lustrous, bright golden-orange mimetites caused a huge stir when they were discovered in China a few years back (they are long since mined out). This fine, 3-dimensional miniature specimen is a nearly solid mass of mimetite crystals and features bright, lustrous crystals to about 8 mm.
