Description
Superb for the locale, vivianite from an uncommon Australian locale - Wannon Falls in Victoria. An excellent cluster of sharp, flattened, wet-luster, striking greenish, golden, black blades comprise this fine, two-sided specimen. This piece is complete-all-around and pristine and the edges of the crystals reveal the incredible, iridescent-like quality of the vivianite and moderate translucence. The blades have sharp, tapered terminations. Older material from the Dennis Mullane Collection (prior to 1970) .
