Calcite
Here we have one of the seldom seen skeletal, or hollow colorless Calcites from Bao Shan. These specimens came out a few years ago, and I have not seen more since that time. The specimen was difficult to photograph, but it is essentially an elongated scalenohedral crystal group, but began growing in a negative or "hoppered" form, whereby the crystal has an opening at the termination and is hollow inside.
