The mining of these creedites is now FINISHED! As with the pink fluorites from the same locality, until these creedites were discovered, good crystallized specimens were exceedingly rare and expensive from ANY locality. Suddenly, you could own a really fine creedite without selling your house to get it. But there will be no more coming out! We were lucky enough to put some aside before the mining stopped. This is a fantastic complete BALL of crystals, sitting on a natural "base." The large shot unfortunately shows it sitting sideways with the "base" in back, but it is best shown with the "base" at the bottom, of course. The ball sits up perfectly. The crystals measure to 1.5 centimeter and are nicely transparent! There is no damage or contact anywhere on the ball - a killer!
