This is a magnificent example of the classic Utah transparent, lustrous, cognac colored topaz and it is nicely perched on grayish-white rhyolite matrix. While these topaz crystals do get larger, they don't get any better than this one. The crystal is 1.6 cm tall. Pristine. GEMMY as heck! It is a prefectly balanced thumbnail!
