Epistilbite is much less common than stilbite from the Deccan Traps of India and this is a very showy combination specimen from Jalgaon. A large, translucent, colorless, frosted epistilbite ball fills a vug in basalt matrix and is beautifully complimented by three, sharp, gemmy calcite rhombs. Ex. Steve Smale Collection.
