Perched on a matrix of sulfide ore, opaque, white, columnar, crystals of anglesite, to 1 cm in length, are nicely arranged. These were never as plentiful as their lead cousins, pyromorphite. OLD SPECIMEN FROM UPPER OXIDATION LEVELS, mined long ago.
