This "floater" quartz specimen has a lot going for it. It is a complete, doubly-terminated floater (complete front and back!), with no visible points of attachment, the largest crystal is 7.0 cm in length, and it is sceptered. All the crystals are glassy, gemmy, with both amethyst and a rich reddish-brown caused by hematite inclusions. Front and back are shown in the top panel of photos. In addition, the second largest crystal has a distinct phantom right at the termination. Exciting and amazing!
