The marcasite here looks almost like some sort of pyritized fossil, with beautiful bumpy balls with a brassy luster. Amongst the marcasite are a few euhedral galena crystals (the state mineral of Wisconsin, in fact), which add a nice accent. This is a large, showy, very pretty specimen! 11.1 x 8.1 x 4.1cm
