Pink Topaz
This is really quite an amazing pink Topaz thumbnail from the famous and rather small deposit in Katlang which has produced the only Topaz of such color in the Himalayas. They are very rare, and good, aesthetic specimens are difficult to obtain. The luster is superb, as is the gemminess, and the color is a beautiful rich pink-lavender hue. The photos and accompanying video tell the story. This is a competition-level and very rare gem species thumbnail measuring 2.6cm in length and mass of 3.25g.
