Dense forest of beautiful 1 cm Manganite blades that have superb luster and form. The front edge of the specimen has many of the blades exposed, therefore allowing the excellent striations to be easily seen and appreciated. That contrast between the exposed blades and the dense growth of blades creates a marvelously aesthetic piece. It is far better in person and among the best of these that I have seen - Marty was in fact quite proud of his manganites. This is an exceptional specimen that stands far above the pieces we have previously seen on the market, which he obtained from the miners. It is so good, in fact, it looks Kalahari and not Canadian!
