Bright, blood-red, partially euhedral zincite crystals on a matrix of calcite and willemite from the famous Sterling Hill Mine of New Jersey. A showy, highly representative and desirable combination specimen from this famous locality, probalby dating to the early to mid 1900s. Excellent fluorescence on the calcite (pink) and willemite (green). From the noted Franklin collection of George Elling.
