An antique morganite crystal mined in the early 1900s, and later passed into the famous San Diego collection of Bill Larson, this is just that perfect little jewel-like miniature! San Diego morganites are rare - have always been so, especially with any aesthetics. This is infinitely more rare than modern Pakistani material which looks similar at first glance. The sharp gem is approx 3 x 3 x 2 cm xl and is floating up on the cleavelandite matrix with no damage. Ex Bill Larson collection (who also told me it was antique because he bought it early on, and not modern era - which itself was the 1960s or so).
