Red uvites are rarer than the greens, and here are two wonderful crystals perched on a contrasting matrix of stark white magnesite (the classic combo from here). The crystals measure just under one centimeter. They show BRILLIANT luster, razor-sharp form and fine transparency. This is a rare find, as uvite is commonly green.
