A dramatic cabinet specimen from the less well-known Pack Rat Mine of San Diego County. Gemmy and lustrous, reddish-orange spessartine garnets are festooned on the starkly contrasting, mounded matrix of snow-white albite. This is seldom available, large material, and only available from insider collections. Older material from the Chuck Houser Collection.
