This is an extremely attractive combination specimen from the traprock quarries in Wagholi, India. Several, translucent and lustrous, clusters of gorgeous deep teal blue Cavansite display prominently on this piece accompanied by a cluster and several isolated crystals of Stilbite. The elegant, bright teal blue Cavansite clusters measure up to 3cm in maximum dimension and are composed of lustrous, prismatic to platy crystals to 2cm in length! There is one large and two smaller Cavansite clusters on the front and two intergrown clusters on the back. The Stilbite spray consists of translucent white, divergent, 0.5cm, bladed crystals and there are a few clusters and isolated crystals on the backside as well. The combination of the two crystal habits on the same specimen is unusual, and the large bladed crystals are more uncommon. It has a sawn "base" and one small area of contacting. Great contrast and "displayability"!
