A competition-level, fine Proustite thumbnail, featuring a classic, twinned Proustite from an important locality of the 1800s. The metallic luster is excellent, the form equally good, and the gemminess demonstrated by the red glow from being backlit is terrific. It is all you can ask for in a Proustite. The pics tell the story! From dealer John Albanese in the 1970s.
