Razor Sharp, brassy yellow, bright metallic cubo-octahedral Pyrite crystals with mirror finish faces are emplaced and isolated on a contrasting snow-white Calcite crystal twin from one of the emerald mines in Chivor, Colombia. These elegant Pyrites range in size from 2 mm to 1 cm and all of their faces are super reflective and completely uncompromised by facial growth features, resulting in their perfect crystalline complexion! The Calcite twin is a perfect host to this Pyrite family with some of the crystals perched right on the twin plane of the big, snow-white Calcite. An extraordinary piece from anywhere but especially from a working emerald mine! Unique specimen.
