As with the pink fluorites from the same locality, until these creedites were discovered, good crystallized specimens were exceedingly rare and expensive from ANY locality. Suddenly, you could own a really fine creedite without selling your house to get it. But, the mining is now FINISHED. The specimens you see now are what is left in the market, and no more will be coming out of the mine! This is a superb, complete BALL of creedite covered with large, gemmy orange crystals to one centimeter in length! 6.5 x 6.1 x 4.9cm
