Here is a fine old locality specimen of Vivianite from Bolivia. Subscribers to the Mineralogical Record probably have read the issue that was dedicated to this unique and historic locality. This miniature size piece features a beautiful, gemmy, doubly-terminated, emerald green color, prismatic crystal of Vivianite with matte luster associated with botryoidal Limonite. This material is rarely seen today and this particular specimen is at least 25 years old. A beautiful classic Vivianite from one of the premier Bolivian mines.
