A large, remarkable specimen of big (to 7 cm), translucent, dome-shaped calcites, with striated faces, isolated on a thin plate of matrix. I have personally not seen this material before. It is certainly not available in quantity and is very distinctive. In great condition, with only one tiny bruise on one crystal. 17.5 x 10 x 4 cm
