A dramatic, dinner-plate sized specimen with intense pastel green contrasting to a rich pink stilbite (more so in person). The fluorapophyllite crystals, to 5.5 cm in length, are lustrous and translucent. The stilbite crystals, to 4.5 cm across, are lustrous and flowerlike, with a pastel pink color. These fluorapophyllite crystals are, unusually, a more intense green color when viewed side-on (and those sides are extremely sharp and lustrous!) Overall, a gorgeous large specimen in remarkable condition. From the January 2014 pocket.
