A strike, large, doubly terminated quartz crystal richly invested with bright copper from the Messina Mine of South Africa and the Rob Smith Collection. This dramatic, very sharp large cabinet specimen has a distinctive, less copper-rich primary termination. The other termination was broken in situ, but was then fully healed as you can see and thus is a termination again. This giant is essentially pristine, with only very trivial edge wear scattered about.
