The highly lustrous, intensely blood-red vanadinite crystals from the 1995-1996 finds at the North Geronimo (Pure Potential) Mine compare very favorably with the best United States vanadinites, including the famous Apache and Old Yuma Mines. This mine is on the same trend and area as the Red Cloud Mine. This excellent, two-sided cabinet specimen is festooned with blood-red to orange-red vanadinite crystals to 7 mm. The largest, gemmiest crystals are on both sides of the piece.
