This is an absolutely perfect white, translucent powellite crystal that is 3 cm tall, perched on beige stilbite. If the color of the powellite had been a lustrous peach, like those of twenty years ago, the price of this specimen would be many kilobucks. But, I also like these new stark white crystals as they really stand out and leap to the eye in a way that the older cream-colored powellites did not
