A striking specimen with lustrous, pseudocubic, butterscotch-colored wulfenite crystals artfully scattered about and beautifully complimented by a rich sprinkling of white calcite rhombs from a new find at the Mina Ojuela at Mapimi, Mexico. The largest wulfenite crystal is 9 mm and calcite is uncommon from this find. The exact mine location is Level 6, San Juan Poniente vein. The gossan matrix has a nice sculptural quality to it and there are also a few scattered, translucent, apple-green mimetite botryoids.
