This large and wonderfully suggestive specimen is composed of two connected spheres of intergrown calcite crystals heavily included by boulangerite: an uncommon, lead, antimony, sulfide. The calcite crystals individually reach 1 cm across and have been colored black by the boulangerite inclusions. The color and shape is remarkably even, all the way around, and the piece is in fact a floater.
