Microcline
Microcline is a common mineral, but this Colorado specimen was good enough that noted Colorado collector George Fisher saw fit to add it to his collection. It is an elongated crystal, sharply terminated, complete all around and undamaged. This old specimen is from the same mine as the fine pyrite in this auction; both are really good examples of their species for Colorado. 5 x 1.7 x 1.3 cm
