A large rhombohedral manganocalcite crystal is perched on matrix, here. The crystal is lustrous and translucent with a classic pink color. There is a small little cleave in the lower right side (hard to see), otherwise the specimen is complete all around. The crystal fluoresces a vibrant reddish orange color.
