An old-time and showy specimen from much less well-known Oronogo Field of the fabled Tri-State District. Oronogo lies about 5 miles north of Joplin, Missouri. Botryoidal, yellow smithsonite richly and attractively covers contrasting gray chert matrix. Ex. George Feist Collection.
