Magnesite is generally seen as an "association" mineral on specimens, particularly with uvite. But sometimes, you get a really pretty specimen where the magnesite itself is the main feature. Here is a large plate of gemmy rhombs and modified rhombs, with some of them having florencite-(Ce) inclusions that give them a pretty salmon color. However, there is also on the back a single dramatic, sharp florencite-(Ce) of 6 mm in a cluster.
