This is a hefty and complex translucent pink Spinel, demonstrating multiple dramatic Macle Twins circling around each other in a floater cluster! One of them is cyclic "fiveling" Macle Twin which is super-rare! To add interest, the bottom half of the specimen is partially hollow, forming a cavity approximately 2 cm deep, as if it grew like a lollipop upon a perch that is no longer there. The piece has the classic neon pinky-orange fluorescence typical of spinels. With a mass of 57g and sharp formation, this is a hefty, imposing miniature specimen. (It is actually in mine-run condition, still with pocket dirt attached, exactly as found).
