GEMMY, BRILLIANTLY LUSTROUS, green crystals to 1.5 cm poke up from a matrix of smaller purple vesuvianites ehre! The piece is like a jewel, glistening with many facets, and is one of the brightest vesuvianites around. The color contrast is more striking in person because the green in the pictures is washed out a bit.
